Last week my parents visited Singapore. It was strictly an all business trip for daddy, but mommy had some serious business of her own to take care of......EATING! As you might already know it's practically the national pastime in Singapore. More often than not the best way to get to know a city is tasting your way through the local cuisine, and with Chinese, Malay, and Indian influences, Singaporean food is something exquisitely unique. Some of the best food in the city can be found right on the streets at hawker stalls and food courts, so it was time to get outside in the lush greenery, enjoy some fresh, clean air, and get busy grubbing!
